On-Semi was impressed by ViTrox sales team with the introduction of TR2000 vision handler

Before using ViTrox's machine, On-Semi production line is using Tray to Tray. In 2014, On-Semi was impressed by ViTrox sales team with the introduction of TR2000 vision handler which allows them to inspect the component from Tray to Tape output. Previously, On-Semi needs to apply different machines to inspect the tray and tape component separately but now they just need to install TR2000 to run their component inspection. On-Semi greatly enjoys the outstanding capabilities of BGA and surface defect inspection by TR2000.
In 2016, ViTrox has recommended another new machine to On-Semi, TH1000S that greatly helps On-Semi to inspect all sizes of components in Tray. ViTrox's TH1000Si is designed with advanced key technologies to provide high speed, high accuracy, one stop vision inspection solutions specially for BGA, QFN, CSP, TSSOP, MSOP, SOP packages handled in tray. TH1000Si contributes to high throughput of up to 42K UPH. Auto pitching mechanism provides faster and more reliable nozzle pitch conversion. It is able to inspect various kind of 2D & 3D defects for various package sizes with high speed, high accuracy and low false call. Besides, by selecting the TH1000Si, they can increase the existing speed from 2k to 18k. The exceptional inspection speed performance, greatly increase the yields of On-Semi's production lines, as well as improve the return on investment.
