Bright-field is ideal for detailed visual inspection of the object's surface features, whereas dark field is ideal for capturing things like reflective surfaces and edge inspections.
ViE offers affordable customised lighting technologies ranging from the provision of a basic light source to a complex light source controller, with the capacity to supply efficient and timely illumination solutions based on your demands. ViE customisation includes customisation on Ring, Bar, Coaxial, Flat, and Square Light, customisation on the light spectra, such as UV, RGBW, Infrared and White (White w/ custom colour temperature) and general customisation on a specification such as size, lighting angle, mounting, connector, Field of view (FOV), diffuser, and high-directive lighting.
ViE's own Surface Mount Technology (SMT) as well as through assembly technologies enables us to quickly and cost-effectively provide customised lighting solutions with the capability to satisfy client needs, ranging from basic light sources to complex light source controllers. In this era of technological growth, the TLSC-G2 is installed with cutting-edge smart features suitable for allowing users to monitor the product ID, SN, and firmware of each light source, which is beneficial. Additionally, this smart LSC can automatically determine the proper voltage measurement for a light source. Making it less likely that the light source gets too heated. Users will also receive notifications from these smart features when errors in the settings for the light source are found. Users may swiftly troubleshoot issues in this manner. The TLSC-G2 also has an advanced onboard temperature monitoring feature that, as an added safety measure, will turn off the light source when the temperature rises too high.
