- V510Ai Vision Pro Smart 3D AOI for Strip Inspection: A smart 3D AOI system for precise strip inspection. With a 25MP primary and 5.2MP secondary vision system, it uses Phase Shift Profilometry (PSP) with 4-way projectors to detect component offsets, die defects, and surface anomalies. Featuring camera-read and external barcode traceability and multi-color/multi-angle LED lighting, it supports boards from 50×50 mm to 300×300 mm (0.2–4.0 mm thick) for flexible, high-precision IC package inspection.
