PENANG, MALAYSIA - FEBRUARY 2023 ViTrox is excited to announce that we will be having our first co-exhibition of 2023 with our valued Sales Channel Partner, MTSC Solution. This event will be held at the Indonesia International Electronics, Components & Technology Exhibition (INATRONICS) 2023, one of ASEAN’s most prospective one-stop platforms for the electronics and component industry. The exhibition will be held at Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia, booth number: D1E2-01. It will be a three-day event, held on 2 - 4 March 2023, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily (UTC+7).
During this co-exhibition, we will showcase our Industry 4.0 Manufacturing Intelligence Solutions – V-ONE, a necessity that ensures connectivity within the production line, accurate visualisation of data analytics and adept connectivity in Machine-2-Machine (M2M) production. Our A.I. VVTS is an in-house developed A.I.-powered tool for automated and intelligent data justification. Integrated with our IPC-CFX-2591 Certified V510i AOI and V810i AXI, you can now configure A.I. to auto-judge the real defect with more than 90% A.I. coverage with high accuracy. Hence, users can now reduce reliance on manual labour by automating their inspections with precision and efficiency.
ONE View allows users to access all inspected results from the entire process by linking our V310i SPI, V510i Pre-Reflow and Post-reflow AOIs, and V810i AXI (and eventually our V9i ARV) data together. Users can quickly monitor machine performance and undertake process analysis of defective components by cross-referencing results side by side in real-time. This gives users an enhanced overview of the current production process and quality assurance across the entire SMT line.
Users can monitor the performance of multiple production lines using the intelligent control tower's real-time data analysis. The system provides a custom-built production impact computation using a combination of false call trend, production board run quantity, shift time, and model modification that allows users to track and monitor the results after fine-tuning the most critical issues in their production line.
