The direct conversion of ViTrox’s SPI-AOI program offers Leviton centralised library management, allowing synchronised programming across both SPI and AOI platforms during programming setup. ViTrox's award-winning AOI solution’s AI programming helps Leviton engineers shorten the programming time and the learning curve needed to handle the new AOI brand proficiently. The algorithm is also compliant with the IPC Class standard to ensure good program quality coverage, and it covers up to 95% of program packages. Apart from solder paste inspection, ViTrox’s SPI can perform M2M connection with JUKI Printer for offset correction that helps to automate the production process.
