PENANG MALAYSIA - April 2019 - An array of machine vision solutions, electronic communication systems, and Industry 4.0 smart solutions are all set by ViTrox Technologies to kick off a binge on technology innovation. Celebrating the growth of the semiconductor sector, ViTrox is joining the upcoming Semicon Southeast Asia (SEA) 2019 on 7th-9th May 2019 at Mitec, Kuala Lumpur (Booth: #1004 & Smart Manufacturing Pavilion).
Initiated by SEMI, a global industry association that serves the manufacturing supply chains for the microelectronic, display and photovoltaic industries, Semicon SEA was established since 1993 to provide all SEMI International Services to Southeast Asia in a timely manner.
Intrigued as one of the invited exhibitors, ViTrox is once again joining the program to advocate the revolutionization of the electronic manufacturing environment with the aid of smart manufacturing and smart data. Contrary to the usual modality, visitors will be able to enjoy the impactful transformation from wafer processing to electronic packaging this time while walking through the tunnel processing on a guided tour at the SMART Manufacturing Pavilion.
Apart from machine presentations, ViTrox is expecting a few key takeaways for visitors. For instance, customers are able to visualize the capabilities of machines by participating in the product live demo, taking some stunning photos at the photo booth, and a small token of appreciation after completing an opportunity survey.
Featuring its latest vision inspection solutions, a line-up of award-winning products from ViTrox will be displayed, such as TR1100i (Tray-based vision handler for IC packages), VR20i (Reel to reel inspection), and V510i AOI (3D Optical inspections for PCBA SMT). Visitors are allowed to enjoy a closer look at the machines and raise enquiry simultaneously.
Inline with Industry 4.0 initiative, ViTrox will also showcase its latest Industry 4.0 smart solutions throughout the show. V-ONE is a software-based industry 4.0 solution that enables machine to machine communications and provides real-time performance monitoring to optimize the manufacturing process. Concurrently, ViE Technologies, ViTrox’s subsidiary company will present ViCAT IO, the standalone IO solutions that offer more cost-effective services to the automation markets.
This year, ViTrox is beyond honoured as it is not only the invited exhibitor for this large-scale event, but to have its Industry 4.0 and Ecosystem Development Director, Gary Leong, as one of the Tech Arena Speaker on 7th May 2019 (4:00pm - 4:20pm) and 8th May 2019 (10:30am - 10:50am) at Tech Arena Stage. Attendees will be exposed to the ways V-ONE build a healthy ecosystem in today’s ever challenging business landscape.
