The Board of Directors of ViTrox had proposed the Declaration of the dividend via its Board of Directors' Meeting held on 24 February 2006 and as announced via the BURSALINK on 27 February 2006.

The Final tax exempt dividend of 0.5 sen per share is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting.
