Declaration Of Final Tax Exempt Dividend For The Year Ended December 31, 2005

Please be informed that the Board of Directors of VITROX has on February 24, 2006, proposed a Final Dividend of 0.5 Sen per share exempt from Income Tax for the year ended December 31, 2005 to be approved by its shareholders at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.

However, the entitlement date and date of payment of the dividends have yet to be finalized at the moment.
