Vitrox-Admission To The Mesdaq Market Of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities")

Kindly be advised that VITROX's entire issued and paid-up share capital of 155,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for these shares on the MESDAQ Market under the "Technology" sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 12 September 2005, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of Bursa Securities.

In view of the bonus issue of 62,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each which were issued on the basis of two (2) new ordinary shares for every three (3) ordinary shares held after the public issue of 17,600,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each issued at RM0.60 per share, the reference price of the VITROX's ordinary shares is RM0.36 and the trading limit is 500%.

The Stock Short Name, Stock Code and ISIN Code of VITROX is "VITROX", "0097" and "MYQ0097OO004" respectively.

Kindly be advised that the shares of VITROX are prescribed securities. Dealings in VITROX's shares should be carried out in accordance with the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act, 1991 and the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd.
