Contract For The Exclusive Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Vision Inspection System

The Board of Directors of ViTrox Corporation Berhad (VCB) wishes to announce that ViTrox Technologies Sdn Bhd (VTSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VCB has on 12 December 2006 entered into a contract with SRM Integration (M) Sdn Bhd (Company No. 631935-W) (SRM) whereby SRM appointed VTSB to be the exclusive supplier of vision inspection systems for SRM test handlers ("Appointment").

SRM is in the business of developing, designing, manufacturing and sales of integrated test handlers for the semiconductor industries.

None of the Directors or major shareholders of VCB and its subsidiaries, and person connected to them has any direct or indirect interest in the above Appointment.
