Please be informed that the Board of Directors of VITROX has on even date, proposed a Final Dividend of 0.4 Sen per share exempt from Income Tax for the year ended December 31, 2008 to be approved by its shareholders at the forthcoming Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

However, the entitlement date and date of payment of the dividends have yet to be finalized at the moment.

A further announcement will be made at a later date upon finalization of the entitlement date and date of payment of the above.
