Declaration of a Special Interim Dividend of RM0.007 per share exempt from Income Tax for the year ended December 31, 2008

Please be informed that the Board of Directors of VITROX has on even date, approved a Special Interim Dividend of RM0.007 per share exempt from Income Tax for the year ended December 31, 2008 to be declared to its Ordinary Shareholders.
The dates of entitlement and payment for the aforesaid Dividend shall be fixed on February 3, 2009 and February 10, 2009 respectively.
