Cessation Of Sponsorship

Vitrox was listed on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 12 September 2005. Upon the cessation of the sponsorship agreement i.e. on 31 December 2008 ("Expiry Period"), Vitrox would have fulfilled the requirement of paragraph 3.24 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities for the MESDAQ Market, and shall no longer require the services of a Sponsor thereafter.

In this respect, Vitrox will not be renewing the sponsorship agreement with HwangDBS Investment Bank Berhad after the Expiry Period.
