The year 2008 saw the launching of the

inspection. The new LCV provides a cost effective vision inspection

solution specially catered for SMD LED packages. ViTrox’s LCV has

improved top view inspection to detect wrong orientation, tombstone

and upside down unit.

The combination of 3D and 5S vision brings us the all new 3D5S

Vision Solutions for high versatility and speed of inspection coupled

with improved image clarity especially catered for SMA packages.

While for the 5-sided vision inspection, ViTrox has come up with an

improved Non Conversion 5S inspection for checking on packages

in the range of 2-6mm and 3-7mm without the hassle of changing

conversion kits.

LC1203

In the machinery department, ViTrox has successfully developed a

customized machine for array inspection, the LC1203. This customized

LC1203 provides high speed and high accuracy inspection at

affordable price.

An improved version of ViTrox’s Automated Optical Inspection [AOI],

Challenger incorporates advanced DFRC2 checking to detect more

accurate defects. This new function combines the powerful algorithm

of Direct Full Reference from CAM generated parameters and Design

Rule Check. This combination ensures high precision defects

detection.

Challenger
