Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To perform tasks on maintenance, repair & replace for facility, utilities, electrical appliances, lighting, furniture, fixtures & etc.
  • To assist in all company-wide events, welfare activities and ad-hoc duties.
  • To carry out general office administration, document control and standard operation procedures.


Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Certificates in Facilities or equivalent.
  • At least one year relevant working experience and/or training in facilities or equivalent.
  • Possess technical knowledge in maintenance, utilities and repairing works.
  • Computer literate, especially in Word / Excel processing.
