Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
To research, investigate, design, develop and implement Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) & Automated Vision Inspection (AVI) equipments for semiconductor, electronics & PCB industries.
To perform the related mechanical design activities in accordance to the customer specification and time frame.
To conduct feasibility study and implementation for new product.
To install, maintain and support new AOIs and AVIs.
To verify and validate samples at various stages for compliance of specification and conformance to performance protocol.
To provide technical support to Production Department when necessary.
Requirements:
A recognized Master / Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
Preferably 1-2 years of related working experience.
Rroficient in Solidwork, Autocad software.·
Familiar with DFM, FMEA.
